Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes, all products at The Scent Reserve are 100% authentic. We source our perfumes and colognes directly from authorized distributors and the original design houses to ensure premium quality.
How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?
To preserve the integrity of the scent, store your bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations, such as a bedroom dresser rather than a bathroom.
What is your return policy for opened fragrances?
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed packaging within 30 days of purchase. We recommend purchasing a sample size if you are trying a new scent for the first time.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada due to international regulations regarding the transport of alcohol-based liquids.
What is the difference between Eau de Parfum and Eau de Toilette?
The primary difference is the concentration of fragrance oil. Eau de Parfum (EDP) typically contains 15-20% oil and lasts 6-8 hours, while Eau de Toilette (EDT) contains 5-15% and lasts 4-6 hours.
